Це свято спрямоване на формування екологічної свідомості та закликає до активних дій задля збереження природи. Кожен може долучитися до святкування Всесвітнього дня охорони природи, зробивши свій внесок у захист довкілля: взяти участь у місцевих екологічних акціях, підтримати екологічні організації та проєкти та поширити інформацію про важливість охорони природи серед друзів та родини.
