Teaching is not just a job – it's a vocation, taken up by those who really care about making a difference to both individuals and society as a whole. At SARGOI we understand how vital teachers are. That is why we involve teachers from other language establishments to join our community and learn more about teaching strategies that promote learner-centeredness, keep learners motivated and entertained, while also providing them with the knowledge they need to meet challenges of the world that is fast changing.
All of our courses are targeted towards teachers using English as a foreign language and range in length from one day to two weeks.
The courses offered by SARGOI all allow to teachers to:
- learn new and innovative teaching strategies
- increase their proficiency of English within EFL
- understand the challenges faced by various types of learners
- become better at creating a student-centred environment
These courses all have one similar goal in mind though: to facilitate the professional development of teachers and inspire them to grow.
Cambridge Exam Preparation Course
- TKT Exam Preparation Course (Module ONE) 18 hours
General English and methodology for teaching grammar, lexis, and functions as well as developing skills. The exam can be taken in the SARGOI Cambridge Exam Preparation Centre.
- TKT Exam Preparation Course (Module TWO) 12 hours
Lesson planning and use of resources for language teaching. The exam can be taken in the SARGOI Cambridge Exam Preparation Centre.
- TKT Exam Preparation Course (Module Three) 6 hours
Managing the teaching and learning process. The exam can be taken in the SARGOI Cambridge Exam Preparation Centre.
Teacher Development Programs
- Pre-service TT 21 hours: 12 hours input, 6 hours observation, and 3 hours guided practice

Inspiring teachers of English. Be the best you can be
Inspiring teachers of English is an educational program for teachers of English that excites educators across Ukraine about teaching foreign languages in a tudent-centered environment, and offers first-hand experience from foreign experts and educators.
Our inspiring educational trips provide opportunities for teachers to discover how to create a language learning environment and explore how to interact with students. These trips certainly have great potential to support teachers' understanding, as well as foster interest and enthusiasm in teaching. ITE is a joint project designed and delivered by SOVA and SARGOI educators dedicated to offer teachers new educational experience and share their knowledge with students across Ukraine.
