Перші згадки про шоколад в Європі датуються 16 століттям, коли іспанський завойовник Ернан Кортес привіз какао з Мексики до Іспанії. В 17 столітті шоколад вважали лікарським засобом. Його вживали для поліпшення настрою, лікування недуг та покращення енергії. А сьогодні шоколад вживають для того, щоб посмакувати. Різноманітність шоколаду вражає, тому кожен поціновувач солоденького знайде для себе ідеальний варіант.
Слово дня: “КАКАО" - тропічне вічнозелене дерево, з насіння якого виготовляють шоколад.
Густі та зелені листя дерева какао надавали приємну тінь, захищаючи плоди від прямих сонячних променів.
