5 липня. День бікіні

5 липня 1946 року в паризькому басейні Молінар відбувся показ мод, на якому вперше був продемонстрований жіночий купальник, який згодом здобув всесвітню популярність під назвою «бікіні». Винахідниками «бікіні» вважаються інженер Луї Реард, який зареєстрував цей винахід на себе, та модельєр Жак Ейм, який налагодив масове виробництво.
