Vincent van Gogh's Birthday

March: Change & Responsibility

Vincent van Gogh (30 March 1853 – 29 July 1890) was a famous Dutch painter who lived during a time when new artistic ideas were beginning to change Europe. Because he struggled with poverty and mental health problems, he expressed his emotions through bright colors and strong brushstrokes in paintings like Starry Night and Sunflowers. Although he was not well known during his lifetime, today his work is celebrated around the world. His legacy reminds us to be creative, express our feelings, and continue working on our passions even when life is difficult.
